Recommitting to Nutrition

I’m recommitting myself to following my eDiets nutrition plan.  I’m currently using the generic eDiets plan, which is basically a reduced-calorie “healthy eating” plan.  The challenge I’m doing rewards players with points for healthy behavior (weight loss is secondary,) so I will get 10 points a day just for following the plan!

Things are a little more positive.  After my more typical five hours of sleep, the weight is down to 196.9.  A slight gain, but not a full pound.  A gain that can be explained by the fact that I have started doing Cathe’s Pyramid DVD.  Maybe.
