Yeah, the stupid food thing. I&#039;m just not into it like I am into exercising, so you and I are in the same boat there. Like you, I kind of know exactly what would be best for me...I just can&#039;t muster the energy to make it a habit yet. Sigh.</description>

I think the 9/1 plan will be great, as will be staying on the mill for your hips. Can&#039;t wait to hear all about it!</description>

However, the old host has started a new workout called Zuzana&#039;s Workout of the Day.  They&#039;re good workouts-- quick and very effective!</description>

And I am SO EXCITED that you might be able to come to Houston in January. It would be so awesome to see your face out on the course. I also really appreciate the housing offer...but 70 miles away is a *little* far. :^) I think I&#039;m going to crash at my aunt&#039;s for all but race night, when I&#039;ll try to get a hotel (I fear they&#039;re already all sold out).</description>
